Responsible for Product Engineering of Vibratory Compactors namely for the following machines:
A. Vibratory soil compactor
B. Vibratory asphalt compactor
C. Development of new product
Role & responsibility
1. Preparation of basic engineering layout drawings & design calculations
2. Preparing final BOM, drawings & releasing to shop.
3. Reviewing ECRs and releasing the solution. Releasing the PIP.
4. Attending internal field failure meetings and providing solutions to the problems.
5. Develop import substitute items.
6. Finalization of technical specifications for major import/indigenous buyouts.
7. Evaluation, working out and implementation of DMC projects.
8. Visiting field machines.
9. Release in-house proto testing plans and participate in testing and result evaluations and subsequent implementation of the proposals.
10. Visiting vendor to render all the drawing clarification and resolve manufacturing issues.
