 Brushless DC Motor Test Rig  Hall Effect Sensor Array Test Rig | This test rig was used to characterize the brushless DC motor. The relationship between the supply current, and the developed torque with reference to the motor speed is developed. The motor was controlled viz. Labview and readings were taken manually. This test-rig is used for the development of the method for the Hall sensors to measure the displacement of the magnetic impeller. The axial and radial displacement of the impeller is estimated viz. the use of combination of Hall sensors on a circular PCB around the impeller. The test rig was controlled via Labview and readings were also stored using Labview. |
